Brill (Scophthalmus rhombus) is also know as the left hand flatfish as it has its eyes on the left hand side of its head inhabits the Eastern Atlantic from Iceland to Morrocco.

Brill (Scophthalmus rhombus) lives on sandy or mixed bottoms and feeds on bottom living fish and larger crustaceans.
